Apply for Testing for Groups

In the case of testing for groups, the test administrator (teacher) submits the application and the test is administered under the guidance of a test proctor.
(Test venue and time are decided by the administrator.)

It may take some time to issue your ID and password. Please apply one week or more (excluding weekends and public holidays) before the test is to be held.

＜Testing Procedures for Groups＞
  • Click the “Testing for Groups” button on the TTBJ Top Page.
  • Check the Terms of Use, and if you are in agreement, complete the “TTBJ Testing for Groups Application Form”, providing all required information, and then click the “Send” button.
  • You will be sent an auto-response e-mail. Please check the content of this e-mail.
  • IDs and passwords will be delivered via e-mail in around 7 days’ time (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Distribute IDs and passwords to individual examinees.
  • After completing the test, individual examinees can download a PDF file of their results displayed on the screen. In addition, e-mails for downloading test results will be sent to individual examinees’ registered e-mail addresses.
  • A list of test results will be sent to the test proctor in around 3 days’ time (excluding weekends and public holidays).
